Sand burglaries still occur on the coast of Valadan close to Aranthangi in Pudukkottai district. many cow carts and trucks ar being illicitly sanded daily. Sand thieving takes place within the morning, beginning at the hours of darkness. there's persistent sand felony within the areas around Aranthangi, as well as the ruins.
In the meanwhile, the Aranthangi DSP Kokila has received counsel that an outsized variety of cow herds were illicitly sanding within the Ponnambalam flood zone close to Aranthangi.
