Healthy Mutton soup




Ingradient.                           Qty

Tomato.                                   300 gram

Lamb liver, leg pieces.         150 gram

Pepper.                                    4 piece

Onion.                                      1 piece

Curry leaves.                          1 hand full

Cumin powder.                      1 teaspoon

Ginger garlic paste.               0 required

Anise.                                       0 required





1.  Take a pan, heat oil, add mustard, cumin, pepper, green chili, onion,           curry leaves. Saute it well.

2.  Add fennel seeds powder, cumin pepper powder, ginger garlic paste.

3.  Then add mutton (liver, leg pieces), blended tomato, required water,            salt.

4.  Transfer it to pressure cooker. Close it and allow for 3-4 whistles.

5.  Once it boiled well, you can add hot water. Then serve delicious,                   healthy soup.
